Elmer L. Alegado, President
Elmer Alegado brings to the company his 25 year experience in the healthcare industry.
As a dedicated physician in his country, he has served a Community district hospital for 10 years. In this place, he has acquired the skills of his profession at the same time nurturing his passion to serve his fellow countrymen.
He also served as an Academy physician of a prestigious Merchant Marine School in the Philippines for 2 years. His role in this institution was not only to take care of the health and welfare of the students and employees but also taught in school about Ship Medicine including knowledge in First Aids and Basic Life Support.
He was later offered a job position in which he managed 3 branches of Medical Clinic and Emergency Center furthering his skills as well as handling managerial duties. All 3 branches operate as a cohesive units at that time. He ran those Centers for 6 years.
Finally, after migrating to the United States, he started his career in US after passing the NCLEX. He had worked in different nursing job positions in Northern California bringing with him the skills, dedication and passion to serve the people.
Leo Calanglang, Chief Technology/Security Officer
15 years in Information Technology with focus on risk management planning, IT project management, gap analysis, and cyber security. Leo holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems.
Before co-founding StrategiCareStaffing Inc., Leo spent 10 years as Director of IT at Delta Blood Bank (Red Cross chapter). Leo is considered as “whiz” by all executive management of Delta Blood Bank when it comes to system integrations (ERP).
Awarded as one of the Fiver Pillars of Delta Blood Bank last January of 2009 for his excellence in service.
Joy Calanglang, Staffing Director
13 years in care giving administration. Residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFE #6013995740) certified administrator.
Loved by all clients and caregivers because of her cheerful and loyal service. Every time an elderly becomes agitated due to their medicine and changing moods, caregivers call Joy because her presence calms them down.
Servicing the elderly is Joy’s passion and niche. Her bright smile, positive attitude, and charisma fits StrategiCareStaffing Inc.’s mission.
